The Challenge
Their previous site had been built by an agency that then stopped maintaining it. Updates were difficult, support requests went unanswered, and several pages failed to load at all. The design was text-heavy and dated. It read like a brochure rather than a luxury portfolio, and it gave prospective clients almost none of the imagery they needed to imagine their own event.
The Approach
- Lead with the imagery. Full-bleed photography and video galleries, grouped by event type: weddings, galas and nonprofit, social and corporate.
- Strip the copy back. Short, confident messaging that lets the work carry the brand and points to one clear action.
- Hand them the keys. An admin backend so new galleries go live in minutes, in-house.
- Fix the foundations. SEO, site structure, broken pages, privacy and cookie compliance, and one cohesive identity across every channel.
