Quiet Mind
Social Media Management Campaign Strategy Influencer Management UGC Content SEO ConsultingTwo dormant accounts turned into the brand’s best holiday season on record.
Quiet Mind sells weighted pillows built for the neurodivergent community: a premium product with a genuinely devoted customer, and two social accounts that showed none of it. Instagram was flat and TikTok had never been posted to at all. We rebuilt the account from the bio up, changed what the content was actually saying, and then ran a 12-day holiday campaign that took the brand to its highest-revenue season to date.

The Challenge
Both accounts were dead. Instagram was posting into silence (no likes, no comments, no movement) and TikTok had been set up and never used. Quiet Mind had already been through several social media managers without seeing results, so the brief came with a fair amount of skepticism attached. The deeper problem was the content itself: it was all general education, the kind of advice anyone can find in ten seconds online. Nothing in the feed made their customer feel seen, and nothing gave them a reason to care about this brand over any other.
The Approach
- Audit and fix the foundations. We rewrote the bio and name line so the account was actually searchable, reorganized the highlights and gave them cohesive covers.
- Redesign the entire feed. The grid was chaotic and the colors were all over the place. Nothing read as premium. We rebuilt it to look like the price point of the product.
- Change what the content says. We moved away from generic education and into relatable, founder-led content that invites people into the brand story and positions the pillow as something they need, not something they’re being taught about.
- Turn TikTok on. We started posting to the channel that had been sitting empty since the day it was created.
- Run the influencer and UGC pipeline. We worked the DMs, approached creators who genuinely fit the brand, and managed their content through to delivery, alongside our own UGC showing the product in real use cases.
The Outcome
Engagement came back first, and posts started landing instead of disappearing. Then the holiday campaign took it somewhere else entirely: 850+ new followers, hundreds of comments a day, posts clearing 1,000 likes, and videos finally breaking the 1,000-view mark the account had never passed. That attention converted. Quiet Mind finished with the strongest holiday season in the brand’s history, sold out of multiple products, and saw revenue climb more than 50%.
The account, before and after
The audit and the feed redesign, where the work started.

Mismatched color, no visual rhythm, and stock graphics sitting next to lifestyle shots. Nothing in the grid read as a premium product.

The profile after the audit: name line and bio rewritten for search, highlights reorganized with cohesive covers.
A controlled palette and a consistent rhythm down the feed, with founder-led and relatable posts carrying the story instead of generic education.
The 12 Days of a Quiet Mind Christmas
Reviving two dead accounts is slow work, so we built a campaign designed to compress months of growth into twelve days.
The Idea
Twelve days, each one themed to the structure of the Christmas song, except every verse was rewritten around Quiet Mind, their audience and their products. It gave the feed a reason to be watched daily, and gave followers a reason to come back rather than scroll past.
The Mechanic
Four products, four winners, one giveaway running across the full twelve days. To enter, people had to follow the account, like and comment on all twelve posts, and tag friends in the comments. Every tag counted as another entry. Sharing a post to their story earned a bonus entry.
Why It Worked
Every entry requirement did a job: following grew the audience, daily likes and comments fed the algorithm, tagging put the brand in front of thousands of people who had never heard of it, and story shares pushed it further again. Twelve days of compounding rather than one post hoping to land.
Inside the campaign
Twelve days of posts, carousels and video. Scroll the strip to walk the campaign.
Day 1: the campaign launches.
The prize line-up: four products, four winners.
The entry mechanic, spelled out clearly on day one.
Day 2: two mini squeezes.
The holiday gift guide, built around the full product range.
Day 4: four holiday traditions, matched to products.
Day 5: five original weighted pillows.
Day 6 opens its own carousel.
Each day carried a reason to care, not just a product shot.
Day 9: launching the first weighted body pillow.
A Dear Santa set that let followers point at exactly what they wanted.
Day 12: the final reminder, sent to the broadcast channel.
What’s in a Quiet Mind stocking.
Day 8: an eight-ingredient calm cocoa.
Holiday video built for the feed, not repurposed from an ad.
1,168 likes on a single campaign post.
805 likes on day five: numbers the account had never seen.
The day-to-day content
The posts, UGC and stories running outside the campaign.
“When your ADHD brain finds its new hyper-fixation”: relatable over educational.
POV content that puts the viewer in the moment rather than explaining at them.
Founder-led content that invites people into the brand story.
“Most people pack clothes”: use cases shot as real life.
Answering the weighted blanket objection head on.
Seasonal UGC built around a shopping moment.
UGC shot with their own products to show different use cases.
A seasonal boo basket build: UGC made for a moment people were already shopping for.
Stories ran several times a week, in the brand’s own voice.
Customer reviews pulled into stories as social proof.
Positioning the pillow against the product people already know.
Education used sparingly, and only where it supports the product.
More reviews, formatted to be screenshot and shared.
Product explainers kept clean and on-brand.
